How does your body know what time it is? – Marco A. Sotomayor
Being able to sense time helps us do everything from waking and sleeping to knowing precisely when to catch a ball that’s hurtling towards us. And we owe all …
What about the possibility that Siffreโs, and for that matter, our, time schedule is learned? A newborn would make a much better subject-especially that newborns seem to not have sense of day and night with all their unregulated sleep cycles.
I dont think its looped because if its like that we wouldn't be able to change our sleep schedule like when you travel in another country. its smarter than that
I always go to get tea at 10:30, or around that time every night. Around that time I always get a craving for a cup of tea. I do this so often my family thinks I have an alarm set.
Our body also has a specific time for the amount of sleep/wake up we need. I think that's the reason why many people wake up/sleep in different hours in a day. Just like me, I always woke up around every 0500, but I feel very sleepy every 1100 so I sleep until 1300 and then ate my lunch.
He didnt talk about Pineal gland which secreats Malatonin and pineal gland is responsible to keep track for time, which is another dimension of space apart from 3D-Space. Abilities of Pineal gland is more then, understood or shown, weather to connect us to higher dimensions etc.
My body knew that it was time for a ted ed video so I'm here early
Aaaaaaa yeah ๐

can it be just the result of our habits
I always wake up at the exact time I plan to wake up. Random times. How does that work?
I can't tell what time it is….. and I cannot catch a ball lol

Me (everytime): umm what time is it… what day is it…
laughs in insomnia
I really enjoyed it and i have a question: What about blind people? How does it work on them?
Now, with coronavirus this is my normal day
I'm very late

I sleep perfectly fine when I am on my phone at night.
Does that mean, if lights, tv and phone lights that doesn't influence my sleepiness, means my zeitgebers doesnt work?
Now my circadian rythm is so ruined, i sleep at 06.00 AM and wake up at 13.00 PM ๐ข๐ข๐ข
Binging before bed isnโt a good idea. As itโs almost 4:30am Iโve been watching YouTube for more than 2 hours

"Zeitgebers" is grammatically wrong. "Zeitgeber" is both plural and singular, no extra "s" needed.
Yahweh made us amazing bodies!
Iโd appreciate if Youtube would put the comments back where they were
