this is not time lap this guy 1st-time grower i think time lap video is not from day to day timelapse is from second to the second im pretty sure those cameras are pricey nice try tho and you do not have thrips on a plant with 2 leafs they have no were to go and you see them now funges nats that's what you have to get some sticky fly tap good luck when you get 2 sets leaves you can start feeding your plant 3rd set leaves you should have them under your better light the sooner you can get them under 600w light at 2 feet the better your plant will grow good luck

I know alot off people allready told u but here my tips for u been growing for 4 years indoor get ur light closer to these plant so they won't stretch too much this way the plant will focused on making new nodes and will grow better cause they will have better light just my little tip (no hate) peace ✌️
U need to put them deeper in the new pots when u replant them. Once they reach the stage where they are at in the end of this video you dont need no support. Make a hole like two centimeters deep drop in the seed and if they start grow to long support with toothpics or something be smart with the water thats it.
The leaves curl upwards, are a little pale and the yellowing of the middle leaves are all indications of Molybdenum deficiency according to Ed Rosenthal.
Mine were leggy, so I just replanted them a little deeper. The hairs on the main stalks just turn into more roots. Worked perfectly (no need for popsicle sticks…lol)
I didnt see any thrips it looks like a nutrient issue to me. Some strains look happy while others look a lil burnt. And u can definatly lower the light now with no risk of stress or burn from light intensity.
That light being so far away is definitely contributing to any stretching that you're having. To reduce a good amount of use a lower wattage light that can be within a closer proximity to the seedlings without burn👌
Incorporate Neem Seed meal for some all natural bug deterrent as well!

When i did my first grow.. after 18 days.. my plants were wayy bigger than that lol.. u arent giving them enough light or water!!
apple cider vinegar helps get rid of those bugs just put some in an open container at the bottom of your plants
