You should look at qb lights.. im growing in my closet too and a QB light literally looks like the fucking sunπ. i bought a door slab to modify this way i could give those fuckers their door back and used double sides tape to add some draft guard to block out lighting.

When you put the fan on top of the ladder did it blow any seedlings around? I put a fan like yours in my setup but my seedling blew in the wind, and I was worried it would be damaged.
