ok this might be easier to understand, basically i always try a new way and what goes wrong the 1st time i correct the 2nd time 😉
zero stress training start a seed in a square pot grow to 10cm tall then put plant pot on it side within hours the plant has turned back towards the light, grow this way until it's 30cms long then transplant into a bigger pot , so it's the stem that is once again sideways and ty the tip where it is, then let the plant grow until again 30cms tall, now de-branch the lower branch's coming off the potential 30cm branches as high up to the growing tips as possible but leave the leaves, just remove the little branches that are coming out the nodes,
flip to flower, remove the odd big leaf that is blocking a growing tip for the next 21 days, on day 21 of flower remove any upper big fan leaf that is blocking a growing tip/bud site now is a good time to positions the branches/colas evenly around the plant pot and pull them out wider away from the centre, and just grow to the end, you should have baseball bat colas, play around with it make it your own and enjoy.
